La telemedicina estrategia de organización en la prestación del servicio de radiología en la red adscrita de la Secretaria Distrital de Salud de Bogotá

En la actualidad existe un déficit en la prestación del servicio de Radiología en las subredes (Norte, Sur, Centro oriente y Sur occidente) de Secretaria Distrital de Salud, afectando su capacidad de respuesta en términos de oportunidad, debido a la insuficiencia de recursos en infraestructura y personal para realizar las atenciones. El objetivo de la propuesta teórica del modelo de gestión de la Teleradiología consiste en la prestación del servicio de salud desde la estrategia de estructuración y organización del servicio a través del cálculo de la suficiencia de red, que surge del cruce de la oferta teórica con la demanda potencial para determinar el déficit del servicio. El enfoque del proyecto tiene una metodología cualitativa descriptiva, se analizaron los documentos de suficiencia de red, bases de datos de la oferta y demanda de los servicios en la red adscrita de 2013 hasta 2018, el resultado es el modelo de gestión, que amplía la cobertura en las cuatro subredes dependiendo del déficit.

At present there is a deficit in the provision of the Radiology service in the subnets (North, South, Central East and South West) of the District Secretary of Health, affecting its response capacity in terms of opportunity, due to insufficient resources in infrastructure and personnel to carry out the services.

The objective of the theoretical proposal of the Teleradiology management model consists in the provision of the health service from the structuring and organization strategy of the service through the calculation of the network sufficiency, which arises from the crossing of the theoretical offer with the potential demand to determine the service deficit. The project approach has a descriptive qualitative methodology, the network sufficiency documents, databases of the supply and demand of services in the attached network from 2013 to 2018 were analyzed, the result is the management model, which extends the coverage in the four subnets depending on the deficit.
